SALES REPRESENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION

Full-Time Front Desk Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Creating relationships with new and existing organizations looking for our products and services 
• Working inbound leads we receive through our optimized website and social media platforms
• Working with our current client database to expand the business they would like to do with us
• Be product knowledgeable to accurately inform clients on what garments can be offered

What is needed from you:

• Heavy customer service and detail-oriented skill set
• A history, ability, and willingness to hit sales activity and sales goals
• Thoroughly follow up on all provided marketing leads
• Consistently perform basic and advanced sales tasks when it involves customer invoicing and artwork information
• Must be able to work both individually as well as with the rest of the team
• Understanding the task that is given and to understand boundaries of the business
• Tasks will be assigned and will be expected to be completed by the individual that the project/task was assigned to
• Must be able to type descriptive invoices that both the client and the production team can understand
